Frequently Asked Questions

Let's Chat!

We are based in North East Florida and will travel to a limited number of Adventure Elopements or Destination Weddings each year. For the sake of simplicity our travel fees to anywhere in the United States are included in the Adventure Elopements and Destination Wedding packages. We are passport holders, however any travel outside of the US will require an additional travel fee based on the destination.

Where are you based and do you travel?

If theres rain, fog, or wind your photos will look even more epic! Shooting in less than perfect weather is not a problem; we're from Florida! However; If safety is a concern or the location is no longer usable due to natural disaster then we pivot and move on to plan "B"! Which is going to be even more beautiful than plan "A". No matter what we'll make sure your photos and video look great despite any uncooperative weather.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We promise your gallery will be full of all the best images and video from your day. The number of images in a gallery can vary greatly based on how many hours of coverage, how many photographers, the size of your wedding or elopement, etc. These same factors can also impact the length of your video.  The average gallery is typically 40-70 images per hour of coverage.

How long does it take to get our photos back, and how many can we expect?

Yes we do! As soon as we get home from your big day we sit down and download your files to our computers, then duplicate them and back them up on a solid state drive. Just in case! After your gallery has been delivered we will keep only the fully edited files for 60 days to ensure you have plenty of time to download and back them up yourself.

Do you back up our photos and video?

Nope! Once you've received your gallery and downloaded your images you can print wherever you'd like. You also have the option to print directly from your gallery with a professional print shop. However, I will only guarantee image quality of images printed directly through your gallery with the professional printer.

Do we have to print through you?

Yes we do! Jeremy is a FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot and will gladly add drone footage to your video if feasible. Drones are restricted in many areas, including National Parks, National Monuments, State Parks, and within a certain radius of an airport. If this is something you'd like in your video we can check clearances for flight way in advance to make sure drones can be flown in the area where we will be shooting.

Do you offer Drone photo and video?
